Donation Requests and Participation Requirements

At Griffins Floral Designs, we are committed to supporting our community through charitable donations and fundraising initiatives. Griffin's is a family owned business in multiple communities throughout Central Ohio, our goal is to give as often as possible within the confines of fiscal responsibility.  To ensure a structured and fair approach, we have established the following policies regarding donation requests:

Website Link Requirement

• All donation requests must include a direct link to our website from your organizations website.  This requirement includes all organizations.
• In some cases, we may require a custom-linked landing page to facilitate the donation process and ensure transparency.
• The weblink must remain in place for a  minimum of 1 year and must be live prior to the donation being given.
• Our weblink requirement includes discounted products to help any given organization.

Mandatory Participation in Helping Hands Program:

• Our Helping Hands program was created as a means to give back to our community. Customers placing orders can choose to have Griffins Floral Designs make a donation to a participating organization. By selecting the "Helping Hands" option in the order form, a portion of the purchase goes directly to the chosen charity.
• This program enables customers to support local charities with each purchase, fostering a stronger community bond.

Eligible Donation Requests

• Requests for financial donations, gift cards, flowers, gift boxes, or any other tangible item must meet the following requirements:
• A formal written request on the organization’s official letterhead.
• Submission of the request at least 30 days in advance.
• Organizations may submit donation requests no more than once per calendar year to ensure fair distribution of resources.

Affiliate Program Option

• To enhance their donation threshold, organizations have the option to join our Affiliate Program.
• This program provides additional fundraising opportunities and rewards organizations for promoting Griffins Floral Designs.
• Participating organizations can earn commissions on referred sales

Social Media Partnership

• This policy applies to all individuals, organizations, and entities receiving donations from our business, where a social media post is required as a condition of the donation.
• Recipients must create and share a social media post featuring our business as a condition of receiving a donation.
• The post must include a positive mention of our business and its support, along with a direct link to our official social media account and website.
