If you want a guarantee of delivery by a specific time, we recommend paying RUSH delivery.
We do not conceal identity on any gift to the recipient. We can send anonymously, but if they call we will share the name of the sender, but only the name, no other information.
PROVIDE THE RECIPIENT'S CELL PHONE NUMBER. Your number will not help us get the gift delivered.
We do not deliver to Box #'s or PO Box #'s.
If an apartment, condominium, retirementcomplex, or similar; please note that in the special instructions. Make sure we havethe Apt #, the name of apartments, complex, or center if possible.
Provide us as much detail as possible if in a rural area where the residence may be difficult to find.
If rural, please know we may call in advance to guarantee someone will be home and able to receive the gift, avoiding multipledelivery fees.
Know that we do NOT leave gifts in extreme heat, or below normal temperatures. If this is requested in the notes, we will follow our normal deliverypolicy and disregardthe request.
UPS and/or Shipped deliveries do not have a guaranteed delivery date. We are unable to guaranteewhen UPS, Fed-Ex, or the USPS will deliver the package. We ship ground. If you want overnight delivery service, contact one of our stores directly.
