The Grapes for this Moscato are harvested form 35+ year old vines and they go through no malolactic fermentation which these factors will help to preserve acidity, varietal fruit character and freshness. Starting with pale sunshine yellow colour the wine has intense aromas of peaches, rose petals and ginger. Slightly sparkling and delicately sweet the palate shows good balance. The finish of fresh apricots adds to the complexity. Serve this festive mosato with pastries and fruit based or creamy desserts.
