GRAND CRU - Vines over 50 years old. Planting density 8,500 vines / hectare. South and southeast facing plots on chalk banks. Our vines are maintained according to strict and meticulous environmentally friendly methods: no chemical products are used in our vineyards. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats (stored between 18-20 ° C). The wine is bottled at the end of March and then transferred to cellars to age on lees for 48 months.
